We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires robust leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of construction processes.
Duties
Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors and laborers to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
Review blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate implementation of project requirements.
Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for project tracking and documentation.
Conduct regular quality control inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship.
Prepare construction estimates and assist in budgeting for projects, ensuring financial accountability throughout the process.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers regarding project progress and any issues that arise.
Experience
Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
Proficiency in using construction management software and tools for blueprint reading and quality control.
Robust knowledge of construction estimating, budgeting processes, and quality assurance practices.
Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings effectively.
Excellent supervisory skills with a track record of managing teams successfully in a fast-paced workplace.
Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
