Your work will include cooperative treatment planning, youth observations, and documentation to ensure effective communication across the multi-disciplinary team to meet accreditation standards. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate to develop youth treatment plans
Observe and assess youth in a classroom setting
Document discussions and communications effectively
Complete incident reports as necessary
Provide training and supervision to college students

Requirements:
College diploma in Child and Youth Work or Care
Minimum of 1 year relevant experience
Skills in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy
Knowledge of crisis management principles
Certification in CPR and First Aid
