Join HOOPP as a Business Process Manager, where you'll drive continuous improvement in our investment accounting processes. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will support the design and implementation of robust accounting processes within HOOPP’s Investment Accounting & Reporting.

Your technical acumen will enable the smooth integration of recent investment products and regulatory requirements. Collaborating with various teams, you'll ensure operational excellence in project execution and stakeholder alignment. Key Responsibilities:
Execute process improvement projects to enhance efficiency
Document and analyze future-state processes




Conduct thorough post-implementation reviews
Collaborate with teams on new investment accounting requirements
Lead user acceptance testing for system enhancements

Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SimCorp Dimension
Strong knowledge of investment accounting standards
5+ years in financial services accounting
Proven project management and leadership abilities
CPA certification essential
