In this full time, permanent role, you'll engage with various teams to diagnose challenges and propose actionable improvements.

Your expertise in process documentation and analysis will support in mapping out current workflows while identifying critical bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Collaborate closely with the Business Systems & Intelligence Analyst to implement systemic solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Analyze existing workflows and identify inefficiencies
Conduct process diagnostics and map current-state processes
Develop future-state process improvements for efficiency




Investigate challenges using structured problem-solving techniques
Support project development for identified improvements

Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Business or related field
Experience in process improvement and project coordination
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
