Inspect and maintain the integrity of painted surfaces
Apply various coatings and maintain cleanliness of work areas
Operate paint application tools and equipment effectively
Assist in the upkeep and operation of facilities
Engage in snow clearance as needed during winter months

Requirements:
Valid Certification of Apprenticeship preferred or relevant experience
Transparent Ontario Driver’s license with yearly renewal
Knowledge of relevant health and safety practices
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality outcomes
