Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality tea, coffee, and specialty beverages using various brewing equipment
Handle food preparation and serving tasks efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as square for accurate cash handling and transactions
Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing concerns
Manage food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and maintaining hygiene protocols




Assist with basic math calculations for cash transactions and daily sales reconciliation
Support food service operations by restocking supplies, cleaning work areas, and ensuring a welcoming environment

Experience
Previous barista experience or food service experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a positive attitude!
Familiarity with POS systems like square is a plus but can be learned on the job
Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and balancing registers
