Coach Leaders Circle and Masters Circle Members to enhance leadership
Facilitate in-depth sessions on leadership, mindset, and wellness




Conduct structured one-on-one executive coaching sessions
Assist Members in setting long-term strategic plans
Contribute insights and best practices to challenge and inspire Requirements:
10+ years in executive leadership within contracting
Proven experience leading senior management or teams
