Responsibilities
Prepare and bake a variety of bakery goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies
Follow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistent quality
Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure proper cooking
Clean and maintain baking equipment and work area
Collaborate with other team members to coordinate catering orders
Experience
Previous experience as a baker or in a similar role is preferred
Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
Ability to follow recipes and measurements accurately
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
