Your role will focus on cash/stock reconciliation, risk management, and developing strategies to avoid operational issues. Cooperative project management is also a key element of this role. Key Responsibilities:
Process all North American corporate action events
Collaborate with teams to facilitate smooth operations
Conduct risk assessments and implement recommendations
Maintain controls and review processes quarterly
Contribute to departmental projects and integrations

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in asset servicing, including corporate actions
Solid understanding of voluntary election arbitrage
3+ years within a broker-dealer or bank workplace
Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and related systems
Ability to handle high volumes and tight deadlines
