Location: Wallenstein, ON (or possibly direct to snow site)
Job Type: Seasonal On-Call (Nov 15 – Apr 15)
Wage: $25.00-$35.00 an hour

Our main office and yard are located just outside of Elmira, Ontario; a second office/yard is located in Toronto.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for dedicated snow team members to join our Snow Squad covering all positions, including plowing, site monitoring, salting, and sidewalk clearing in Elmira, Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph, and surrounding areas. In this role, you will respond to winter weather events to clear snow and ice, keep client sites safe, and operate winter maintenance equipment. This is an on-call seasonal position running from November 15 to April 15.
To be the successful candidate you:

- Willing and able to commute in wintery conditions
- Know how to dress and work in unpleasant and wintry conditions
- Work long shifts when necessary;
- High reliability and availability at all hours when on call;
- Full availability over the holiday season;
- A positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills in harsh weather conditions;
- Experience or willingness to perform plowing, site monitoring, salting, or sidewalk maintenance;
- Nobody is afraid to pick up a shovel or run a blower no matter their role
- Ability to communicate effectively with team leads and dispatchers;
- Recognize the importance of safety and high-quality service on client properties;
- Comfortable operating or learning to operate winter equipment and machinery;
- Valid driver's license (G class or higher preferred) and reliable transit to shop/site.
Job Type: Seasonal On-Call (Nov 15 – Apr 15)
Compensation: $25.00–$35.00/hour depending on experience (plus 10 hrs guaranteed weekly standby pay if available daily)
Location: Wallenstein, ON with crews working around Kitchener-Waterloo & Guelph
