$20–$27/hour, based on experience

D&L; Landscaping & Concrete is hiring multiple Snow Removal Crew Members for the 2026/2027 winter season.

This position involves commercial snow clearing throughout Winnipeg, including sidewalks, entrances and walkways using shovels, snow blowers and other small snow-removal equipment.

Previous snow removal experience is an asset, but not required. We are looking for reliable people who are comfortable working outdoors and can be available when snow events occur.

Responsibilities

- Clear sidewalks, entrances and walkways
- Operate snow blowers and small snow-removal equipment
- Apply ice-control products as directed
- Work with crew members to complete assigned properties
- Follow supervisor instructions and company safety procedures
- Assist with equipment loading, unloading and basic maintenance

Requirements

- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable with physical outdoor work in winter conditions
- Able to work early mornings, evenings, overnight shifts and weekends when required




- Able to report for work on relatively short notice during snow events
- Reliable transportation to our shop in the Sunnyside / Transcona area
- Previous snow removal, landscaping, construction or labour experience is an asset
- Valid driver’s licence is an asset, but not required for all positions

Summer Work Opportunity Employees who perform well and are interested in continuing with D&L; may have the opportunity to move into our asphalt and concrete crews during the summer season.
