Your Role
- Lead analysis across strategic financial services programs (banking, fintech, lending, payments, insurance).
- Translate business challenges into clear requirements and precise documentation. Bridge the gap between Business and technology.
- Advise senior stakeholders and align initiatives to regulatory and business outcomes.
- Guide delivery from concept to implementation, ensuring results are realised.
- Contribute as part of a discreet, high-calibre consulting team trusted with critical mandates.
Your Profile
- 10+ years BA experience in financial services.
- Proven impact across transformation and regulatory change programs.
- Proficiency with requirements tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
- Executive-level communication skills; comfortable in the boardroom and with delivery teams alike.
- Versatility in Agile and Waterfall.
- Certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA, Scrum Master) are valued.
