Social Media Manager & Content Creator
Toronto, ON | Part time with Opportunity for Full-Time The Role
We are looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media Manager & Content Creator to take an active role in creating, managing, and developing our brand across social media.
This is a content-first position. You will be responsible for developing ideas, creating reels and other social content, shooting and editing video and photography, developing media campaigns, managing our social channels, and helping refine and develop the overall image of the brand.
You will work closely with our team, models, photographers, influencers, creators, and other collaborators to continually build and evolve how the brand is presented.
Core Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Develop original content ideas and concepts
- Create reels and short-form video from concept through final edit
- Shoot video and photography on-site and at other locations when required
- Edit video, photography, and other digital content
- Write captions and social copy
- Create product, lifestyle, campaign, behind-the-scenes, and brand content
- Maintain a consistent flow of new content
Social Media Management Manage and grow our social media presence across:
- Instagram
- Facebook
- TikTok
- X (Twitter)
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and maintaining a consistent content calendar
- Publishing and scheduling content
- Adapting content for different platforms
- Monitoring engagement and audience growth
- Tracking content performance and analytics
- Staying current with social media trends and opportunities
- Developing strategies to continually improve our social presence
Media Campaigns
- Develop and execute social media and digital media campaigns
- Create concepts for product launches, promotions, events, collaborations, and brand campaigns
- Develop the content and creative assets required for campaigns
- Coordinate campaigns with internal teams and external collaborators
- Identify opportunities for influencer and creator collaborations
Brand Image & Development
- Help refine and develop the brand's visual identity across social media
- Help shape how the brand looks, feels, and communicates online
- Develop creative concepts that strengthen the brand's identity
- Explore new ways to present our products, people, stories, and culture
- Maintain a consistent and compelling visual presence across platforms
Collaboration
- Work closely with our internal team to develop content and campaigns
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, models, influencers, creators, and other partners
- Help coordinate content shoots and production days
- Bring creative ideas to projects and help take them from concept to completion
What We're Looking For We're less concerned with a specific number of years of experience and more interested in your ability to create, execute, and consistently deliver quality content.
We're looking for someone with solid creative instincts who can develop an idea and take it through the entire process:
Concept → Shoot → Edit → Caption → Publish → Analyze
Experience in social media, content creation, photography, videography, video editing, graphic design, influencer marketing, or campaign development is an asset.
Proficiency with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar platforms is an asset.
Position
Part-Time with the opportunity to transition into a Full-Time position.
Some on-site work in Toronto will be required for content shoots, campaigns, and collaboration with the team.

Expected hours: 16.0 – 40.0 per week
