Legendary Engagement Solutions Inc. (LES Inc.) is a growing fundraising company specializing in face-to-face fundraising for charitable organizations.
We are looking for outgoing, motivated, and confident individuals to join our fundraising team across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
This is a 100% commission-based chance with uncapped earning potential. There is no hourly wage or salary — your earnings are based on your fundraising results.
Responsibilities
Approach and engage members of the public
Represent charitable campaigns professionally
Educate people about the causes we support
Secure monthly donor enrollments
Work toward individual and team goals
What We're Looking For
Confident and comfortable speaking with strangers
Outgoing, energetic, and personable
Resilient and comfortable handling rejection
Goal-oriented and motivated by performance
Reliable and qualified
Previous sales or fundraising experience is an asset but not required
Training and coaching are provided.
Compensation
$125–$150 per successful monthly donor enrollment
100% commission-based

Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
Monday–Saturday | 4:00 PM–8:00 PM
Candidates must be comfortable travelling to different fundraising locations throughout the GTA.
