Overview

We are seeking energetic and dedicated full-time and part time Baristas to join our vibrant team in Mississauga. As a CoCo Bubble Tea Barista, you will be the face of our brand, crafting delicious drinks, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced food and beverage environment while contributing to a beloved global brand.

Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea beverages, including milk teas, fruit teas, yogurt drinks, and coffee with precision and care
Operate POS systems such as Micros POS efficiently for order processing and cash handling
Provide friendly, attentive customer service to create a positive experience for every guest
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all work areas,



including food handling and preparation stations
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality
Handle cash transactions accurately and balance registers at the end of shifts
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Experience
Previous barista experience or food service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS is an advantage
Robust customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
