You will engage in specialized work focusing on the expedient processing of prosecution reports and individuals through the criminal justice system. Candidates should have a solid understanding of applicable laws and operational experience in police and court procedures. Key Responsibilities:
Expedite prosecution report transmittals to Crown Counsels
Assist in processing individuals through the court system
Utilize knowledge of Criminal Code of Canada and municipal bylaws
Apply experience with UCR, PRIME, and CPIC systems
Uphold RCMP policies and procedures effectively
Requirements:
Completion of Grade 12 and relevant post-secondary courses
Minimum of 5 years in police/criminal investigation roles
Active RCMP Enhanced Security Clearance required
Successful completion of UCR scoring and PRIME training
Understanding of judicial proceedings and court administration
