Duties
Greet guests warmly as they arrive, providing friendly and attentive service
Manage coat check operations, accurately tagging and storing guest belongings
Assist guests with inquiries about the venue, events, or services using clear communication
Maintain organized coat check areas, ensuring quick retrieval and smooth flow of guest traffic
Handle guest requests or concerns promptly, escalating issues when necessary with professionalism
Use POS systems such as Micros POS to process any related transactions or tips




Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing information

Experience
Prior experience in guest services, hospitality, food service, or restaurant settings preferred
Solid communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests
Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
Experience in hotel or event settings enhances your ability to manage guest expectations effectively
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
Previous roles involving customer service or serving contribute to a friendly and professional demeanor
