Required Technical Skills
10+ years of experience in Banking/Capital markets Domain
Strong hands-on expertise in SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, and query optimization.
Valuable working knowledge of UNIX/Linux settings and shell scripting.
Proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, and integration activities.
Experience with Apache Kafka including event-driven architecture, messaging patterns, producers/consumers, and real-time data pipelines.
Strong understanding of JSON, REST APIs, microservices, and system integrations.
Experience working with ETL/Data Integration and distributed systems.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices is an added advantage.
Having Reconciliation experience is positive to have

Project Management Skills
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and delivery.
Create and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and executive dashboards.
Lead cross-functional teams comprising developers, architects, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.




Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and release planning.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
Coordinate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into deliverable solutions.
Ensure adherence to quality, governance, compliance, and security standards.
Track project metrics and provide regular updates to leadership and clients.

Roles & Responsibilities
Lead technical delivery for multiple projects/programs simultaneously.
Work closely with architects and development teams to define solution approaches.
Review technical designs, data flows, integration patterns, and implementation plans.
Drive issue resolution, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
Facilitate communication between business users, product owners, and technical teams.
Ensure successful deployment, production rollout, and post-implementation support.
Mentor team members and promote best practices in project delivery.
