Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
Provide detailed information about vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.
Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities to potential buyers.
Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and maximize sales opportunities.
Maintain an organized follow-up system for leads and prospects to ensure ongoing communication.
Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and dealership goals.
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process,
from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
Experience
Proven experience in sales management or a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred.
Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for engaging with customers effectively.
