CCC Motors is hiring motivated Automotive Sales Representatives for our North York location and upcoming Richmond Hill location.

We are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of automotive dealership sales experience, especially used car dealership experience. The ideal candidate should be confident speaking with customers, able to understand customer needs, and motivated to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in customers
Handle online, phone, walk-in, and referral leads
Understand customer needs, budget, and vehicle preferences
Present vehicle options, features, pricing, and benefits
Arrange and assist with test drives
Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email
Maintain customer records and follow-up notes
Work with managers and the finance team to support the sales process
Provide professional customer service before and after the sale
Meet individual and team sales goals

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of automotive dealership sales experience required




Used car dealership experience is a strong asset
OMVIC license preferred, or must be willing to obtain
Valid Ontario G or G2 driver’s license required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Able to work independently and as part of a team
English required
Mandarin or other languages are an asset
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
