In this corporate law role, you will take on responsibilities such as preparing acquisition documents and managing corporate records.

You must have a minimum of two years’ experience in corporate or transactional law, combined with robust computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office. Excellent communication, both written and oral, is vital as you will work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities:
Draft various corporate documents for transactions
Conduct thorough due diligence on corporate records




Update and maintain corporate registers
Prepare resolutions and relevant legal research
Develop corporate charts and dashboards

Requirements:
Accredited Law Clerk program completion
At least 2 years of relevant legal experience
Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
Bilingual in French and English for team interaction
