The Role We are seeking a Digital Ad Specialist who masters Ad Managers, Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and Microsoft Clarity. You will drive performance across Meta and Google ecosystems by managing daily account optimizations, building structured A/B tests, writing data-driven creative briefs for our internal design team, and maintaining end-to-end conversion tracking architecture.

Core Responsibilities
Daily Campaign Management: Audit Meta and Google Ad accounts daily to make aggressive, data-backed adjustments to bidding, budgets, creative rotations, and targeting.
Tracking Architecture: Build, troubleshoot, and maintain custom event tracking using GTM, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, and Server-Side/CAPI setups.
Controlled Experimentation: Design structured testing frameworks (creative, copy, landing page variants) with transparent hypotheses, sample logic,



and post-test analyses.
Creative Briefing: Translate user behavior data (from GA4 drop-off points and Clarity heatmaps/recordings) into actionable briefs for creative and web teams.

Requirements
Advanced, hands-on mastery of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (PMax, Search, YouTube), GTM, GA4, and Microsoft Clarity.
Proven ability to troubleshoot server-side vs. client-side tracking failures independently.
Ability to isolate true incremental performance from platform-attributed vanity metrics.

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
