Argosy Securities Inc. is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator to support our financial services team. The successful candidate will assist with client administration, account processing, documentation, and day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support, including account openings, transfers, transactions, and client documentation. Familiarity with Dataphile
Maintain accurate client records, process paperwork, and follow up on outstanding requests.
Communicate with clients and industry partners while supporting day-to-day business operations.
Qualifications
Canadian Securities Course (CSC) successfully completed
Previous experience in financial services, investments, banking,
or wealth management preferred.
Solid organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
