With a schedule of 4 days on, 4 days off, you will handle real-time communications and manage dispatch operations. We need a proactive skilled skilled in transportation logistics who can adapt quickly and effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain constant communication with drivers via phone
Monitor operational emails and respond in real-time
Manage dispatch operations and assignment changes
Coordinate cross-border shipments with ACE/ACI knowledge
Create and manage cross-border documentation

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years in dispatch or transport operations
Fluency in French and English is mandatory
Proficient with dispatch systems and TMS software
Excellent typing speed and attention to detail
Solid understanding of geography and routes
