Our client is seeking an experienced engineer to support a large-scale Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) transformation program for a major Canadian financial institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, developing, and supporting Amazon Connect solutions within enterprise AWS environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5 years of software or cloud engineering experience.
3 years of hands-on Amazon Connect implementation experience.
Proven experience delivering enterprise contact centre solutions.
Solid AWS cloud development experience.
Experience working within Agile delivery teams.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Design,
configure, and implement Amazon Connect solutions.
Build and maintain Contact Flows, Queues, Routing Profiles, Hours of Operation, and Quick Connects.
Develop and support IVR solutions using Amazon Connect.
Integrate Amazon Connect with enterprise applications using AWS services and APIs.
Develop cloud-native integrations leveraging AWS Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, and related services.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers, QA teams, and client stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Support contact centre modernization and migration initiatives.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical design reviews.
Document technical solutions and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.
