Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Team Member to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations in the front of the restaurant.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers with a friendly attitude
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems
Assist in food preparation and collaborate with the kitchen staff
Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash register
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
Provide support to other team members as needed
Qualifications

-Long term
Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the food industry
Proficiency in basic math for handling cash transactions




Robust communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
