We are seeking an energetic and friendly Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties
Greet guests warmly, take their orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring consistency and quality
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for order entry, billing, and cash handling
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations
Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to all food safety regulations
Manage cash transactions efficiently, including cashiering duties and providing correct change
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns quickly
Skills
Proven experience in restaurant or food service environments, including bartending and serving roles
Strong knowledge of POS systems like Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables or drink orders simultaneously
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and change calculation
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a friendly attitude
