Store Manager – Crumbl Cookies

Crumbl Cookies is looking for an experienced, energetic, and hands-on Store Manager to oversee daily operations and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations and ensure Crumbl standards are maintained
Lead, train, and support employees
Prepare and manage staff schedules
Monitor labour, inventory, sales, and waste
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and product quality
Assist with ordering and inventory management
Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed properly
Communicate effectively with ownership and take initiative to solve problems
Lead by example and work alongside employees during busy periods





Qualifications
Previous management or supervisory experience, preferably in food service, retail, or hospitality
Solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Reliable, responsible, and able to work in a rapid-paced setting
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Food Handler Certification is an asset
