Duties
Operate a range of printing presses with precision, ensuring consistent quality throughout production runs
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment to minimize downtime
Set up presses by adjusting settings, loading materials, and calibrating machinery for each job
Monitor print quality continuously, making adjustments as needed to meet specifications
Assist with packaging finished products securely for shipment or storage
Maintain accurate production logs, quality reports, and equipment maintenance records
Collaborate with warehouse staff to coordinate material handling and ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Manufacturing environment involving printing, bindery, finishing equipment

Ability to work and operate in a quick-paced environment; assist in the creation/development and enhancement of department processes/controls/KPI’s
Experience in a Pharmaceutical/GMP environment would be considered an asset
