Advise clients on auto and commercial fleet insurance
Recommend policies and payment methods tailored to clients
Provide information on risk coverages and policy features
Respond to client emergencies and assist with claims
Process transactions using EPIC and other systems

Requirements:
Client-focused mindset with robust communication skills
Ability to work weekends as needed
Adaptable to change in a fast-paced setting
A Level 1 BC General Insurance Licence or commitment to obtain it
Courteous and skilled in all interactions
