Duties
Operate power tools, hand tools and spray guns to apply coatings accurately and efficiently
Follow lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and optimize workflow efficiency
Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and adherence to specifications, making corrections as needed
Maintain safety protocols by wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following all safety guidelines
Assist with assembly or machining tasks when required to support production needs
Qualifications
Proven experience in industrial painting or related manufacturing roles is preferred
Mechanical knowledge of machinery, hand tools, power tools, and assembly processes
Ability to operate cranes, forklifts, and other heavy equipment safely and effectively
Basic math skills for measurements, mixing paints, and calculating coverage areas
Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices to promote continuous improvement
Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity for precise application of coatings
Knowledge of safety standards related to industrial painting environments
