In your role, you will assess resident needs, developing comprehensive service plans while leading a clinical team.

Ensure effective selection and orientation of care staff
Develop tailored service plans based on assessments
Monitor care quality and address any incidents
Foster partnerships with healthcare specialists
Assist with departmental budget management

Requirements:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in valuable standing with BCCNM
Management experience with a focus on results
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Current First Aid CPR/Basic Life Support certification
Must be eligible to work in Canada
