We are a leading industry residential property management company based in Toronto, looking to fill a permanent, full time/live-in position as Building Superintendent for a rental complex within the GTA.

We are seeking a candidate with solid leadership skills, a solid understanding of mechanical systems, and a minimum of two years of superintendent experience. The role requires proven experience working directly with residents, assessing and addressing maintenance issues, completing daily reporting, and coordinating with third-party trades.
Other skilled trades or training such as CPR, WHMIS, etc. are an asset)
General Maintenance duties include, but are not limited to, plumbing, electrical, boiler, fire alarm systems etc. and completing all logs/records/checks as required
Supervise projects and trades/service providers while on-site, reporting directly to the Property Manager
Able to multi-task and work in a team-based environment
Good written/oral communication skills and excellent customer service in addressing tenant concerns effectively and promptly

Annual compensation based on previous work experience, is $46,000-$50,000 per year.
