We’re looking for an experienced Advanced Cake Decorator to join our talented team and bring beautiful, creative cake designs to life.
This is a hands-on, highly creative position with a great deal of autonomy and opportunity to grow. You’ll work alongside a talented and positive team creating sophisticated custom cakes and decorated pieces for a high-volume production environment.
We’re looking for someone with extensive qualified cake decorating experience, particularly in producing refined, intricate and sophisticated designs at a high volume. The ability to maintain exceptional quality, precision and consistency while working efficiently is essential.
You should be highly skilled and confident in:
Fondant work and intricate fondant detailing
Advanced piping techniques and buttercream finishes
Sugar flowers and other delicate sugar work
Sculpted figurines and 3D elements
Executing detailed custom designs from inspiration and client briefs
Working efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
Maintaining a consistently high standard of finish and attention to detail
This is an advanced-level position. We’re looking for a decorator who already has a solid professional portfolio and is comfortable taking on complex, detailed designs while meeting production timelines.
