Your role will center on developing advanced probabilistic inference methods to enhance AI safety measures. We are seeking a dedicated ML Research Scientist to support our innovative AI safety research. This position demands expertise in statistical methods and a robust foundation in mathematical principles.

You'll engage with both theoretical modeling and practical implementation to push forward our mission of developing protected-by-design AI systems. A minimum of 3 years in deep learning research is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities:
Create and refine amortized inference methods for complex distributions
Conduct structure-learning in probabilistic graphical models




Develop and implement evaluation strategies for inference
Partner with mathematicians to explore inference and learning theory
Deliver theoretical insights as executable code in Python

Requirements:
Advanced degree in Computer Science or Mathematics (PhD preferred)
Minimum 3 years in deep learning research
