The Kingfisher Pacific Resort & Spa is currently seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests and to help create an exceptional resort experience. This is a Part Time position.

Responsibilities
Welcome and register guests upon arrival
Manage guest check-ins and check-outs
Handle room reservations and spa bookings
Provide information about resort amenities, services, and local attractions
Respond to guest requests and ensure a high level of customer service
Maintain accurate guest records and reservations

Qualifications
Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced guest service workplace
On-the-job training will be provided

Schedule
Part Time: 16-24hrs/wk, mostly 3pm-11pm shifts.
MUST be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
