We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Duties
Assess vehicle damage and determine the necessary repairs using diagnostic tools and mechanical knowledge
Repair, replace, or refinish vehicle body panels, frames, and structural components
Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment to perform repairs efficiently and safely
Sand, prime, paint, and finish repaired areas to match the vehicle’s original appearance
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs while maintaining quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times




Document repair procedures and communicate effectively with customers regarding repair status

Requirements
Prior dealership experience or automotive repair background preferred
Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and body components
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment
Ability to work with precision and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and safety procedures
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks for extended periods
