Duties
Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
Explain repair and maintenance options clearly, providing detailed information about recommended services
Write detailed service orders, ensuring accuracy in describing vehicle issues and required repairs
Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services
Upsell additional maintenance or repair services that benefit the customer while meeting dealership goals
Handle cash transactions accurately, including invoicing, payments, and processing of service charges
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
Coordinate automotive parts ordering and sourcing, communicate with suppliers, and follow up on parts availability and deliveries.
Qualifications
Proven dealership experience or background in automotive repair strongly preferred
Mechanical knowledge of vehicles to effectively communicate with technicians and customers
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining integrity and transparency
Solid sales skills with a goal-oriented mindset to meet or exceed targets
Experience handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Knowledge of automotive systems, repair procedures, and parts is highly advantageous
