Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispatch Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in data entry and communication within the freight, 3PL, or supply chain industry.
Duties:
Coordinate and schedule transportation of goods
Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Analyze transportation data to optimize routes and schedules
Utilize transportation management systems such as SyteLine and AS400
Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
Requirements:
Proficient in data entry and communication skills
Familiarity with freight, 3PL, or supply chain operations
Ability to analyze transportation data for optimization
Experience with transportation management systems like SyteLine and AS400 is a plus
Typing proficiency to ensure efficient data entry
