Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly, listen carefully to their vehicle concerns, and accurately document their needs.
Explain repair recommendations clearly and transparently, ensuring customers understand their options.
Prepare detailed service estimates and communicate timelines effectively.
Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services.
Upsell additional maintenance or repair services that benefit the customer’s vehicle while meeting dealership sales goals.




Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage future business.

Experience
Prior dealership experience is highly preferred, providing familiarity with automotive service processes.
Solid mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience helps in understanding vehicle issues and communicating effectively with technicians.
Proven customer service skills are essential for building trust and rapport with clients.
Experience in sales or upselling techniques will support your success in promoting additional services.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly is required.
Knowledge of automotive repair procedures enhances your ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
