Responsibilities
Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitizing to meet high cleanliness standards
Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently
Prepare and cook simple meals or snacks as needed, demonstrating basic culinary skills to accommodate client preferences
Organize and maintain household items, ensuring all spaces are tidy and well-arranged
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences
Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
Provide friendly and professional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with every visit
Requirements
Fluency in English; knowledge of French is a plus for effective communication with diverse clients
Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles
Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and moving household items safely
Basic cooking skills for preparing simple meals or snacks as required
Knowledge of laundry procedures and household organization techniques
Exceptional communication skills to interact politely and professionally with clients
A positive attitude with a solid work ethic and attention to detail
Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory
