Position Overview
Masters Remediation Services is looking for a motivated and reliable Utility Technician to join our team. This role involves supporting Lead Technicians on restoration and remediation projects across the Lower Mainland.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience or is looking to grow within the restoration industry, holds a valid WRT certification, and is comfortable working in physically demanding environments.
This position also includes being on-call on a rotating schedule for flood/emergency calls, with additional pay provided per call.

Responsibilities
Assist Lead Technicians with restoration and remediation projects
Perform site setup, containment, masking, and protection
Assist with demolition (drywall, flooring, etc.)
Handle equipment setup (air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA units)
Complete cleaning and structure treatment tasks
Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites
Follow safety procedures and company standards
Participate in on-call emergency response rotation

Requirements
IICRC Water Damage Technician (WRT) certification (required)
Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
Ability to perform physically demanding work
Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and various job site conditions
Solid work ethic and reliability
Ability to work well within a team and follow direction
Previous restoration or construction experience is an asset
