Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience. Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred, along with strong communication and time management skills. Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring proper food handling and presentation
Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
Manage multiple tables effectively through excellent time management skills
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in compliance with health regulations




Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed, demonstrating versatility within the food service setting
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred
Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Ability to handle food safely and adhere to sanitation standards
Basic math skills for cashiering and transaction accuracy
Excellent time management skills to manage multiple tables efficiently
Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
Food handling certification or willingness to obtain certification is advantageous
