Duties
Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
Explain repair recommendations clearly, ensuring customers are informed about necessary work and options
Coordinate with technicians to schedule repairs, prioritize jobs, and communicate progress updates
Upsell additional services or maintenance based on vehicle condition and customer needs to enhance safety and performance
Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and maintain detailed records of all service orders
Manage the flow of vehicles in the service lane, ensuring timely turnaround and customer satisfaction
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure their needs were met and encourage future visits
Requirements
Proven dealership experience or automotive service background is highly preferred
Strong mechanical knowledge with an understanding of automotive repair processes
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally
Experience in sales or upselling services to maximize revenue opportunities
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Familiarity with automotive repair terminology and dealership operations is a plus
