1) Subcontractor Crews (Sub-Crews) — Requirements
Sub-crews must have:
Up-to-date WSIB coverage
Liability insurance
Working at Heights certification
Unbranded (non-lettered) vehicles
Strong accountability, communication, and reliability
2) In-House Employees — Open Roles
We’re hiring:
Shinglers
2+ years proven experience (minimum)
Labourers
Assist the crew with cleanup, waste disposal, and keeping the site organized
Roofing experience is an asset (we will train the right candidate)
Assets (not required):
Working at Heights certification
Valid driver’s license
What We Offer
Full time, permanent positions
$20.00–$40.00 per hour (based on experience and skill)
Tools and vehicles provided (for in-house employees)
