Duties
Welcome customers and visitors with a warm, positive attitude, providing exceptional service at all times
Assist customers in locating products, answering questions, and offering recommendations to enhance their experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace to ensure a protected and inviting environment
Support team members with daily tasks such as stock replenishment, inventory checks, and setup of displays
Handle transactions accurately at the register while ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and contribute to a cohesive work environment




Follow safety protocols and company policies diligently to promote a secure workplace for all

Qualifications
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse customers and team members
Energetic, motivated, and eager to learn new skills in a fast-paced setting
Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate loads throughout shifts
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided
Basic proficiency with cash handling and point-of-sale systems is advantageous
