Responsibilities
Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, organizing materials, and setting up work areas
Support skilled tradespeople by carrying tools, supplies, and equipment to designated locations
Perform general tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials safely and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work site to ensure safety standards are met
Follow safety protocols at all times and report any hazards or incidents immediately
Help with loading and unloading materials from trucks or storage areas
Support other team members with miscellaneous duties as needed to keep projects on schedule





Requirements
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
Basic understanding of safety procedures on construction sites
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for team success
Prior experience in construction or manual labour is a plus but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
