Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lawyer to join the firm.

Duties
Represent Clients at the Family Law Court-Ontario
Preparation of legal documents, including briefs and pleadings.
Conduct interviews with clients and witnesses to gather relevant case information.
Perform legal research using legal tools to support case preparation.
Draft and proofread legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
Maintain organized files and documentation using legal case management systems.
Work with clients from diverse backgrounds, including legal aid clients.

Skills
Minimum one year experience representing clients at the Family Law Courts of Ontario.
Solid interviewing skills to effectively gather information from clients and witnesses.
Proficient writing abilities for drafting clear and concise legal documents.
Solid phone etiquette for qualified communication with clients.
Exceptional organizational skills to maintain orderly files and documentation.
Legal research.

This is an independent contractor, fee split position.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
