Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing
Prepare and serve food items according to safety and sanitation standards, including basic food handling and preparation tasks
Operate cash registers efficiently, handle cash transactions accurately, and process payments using cash handling procedures
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and kitchen spaces by following sanitation guidelines




Assist in food preparation when needed, supporting kitchen staff to ensure timely service
Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve multiple tables while maintaining high-quality service standards

Experience
Prior food service experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is highly preferred
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations
Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
Solid customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
Experience with serving in quick-paced environments requiring excellent time management skills
Ability to work collaboratively with team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences

Pay: $18.25-$24.39 per hour
