Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries to foster a friendly environment
Support daily operational tasks such as stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining cleanliness
Process transactions accurately at the checkout counter while providing excellent customer service
Ready to learn and operate Coffee Machines and other equipments
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and achieve sales goals
Maintain awareness of safety procedures and uphold cleanliness standards throughout the workspace
Assist in inventory management by receiving deliveries and updating stock records
Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
Qualifications
Solid communication skills with a positive attitude and eagerness to help others
Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts
Flexibility to work wide-ranging shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
